After I.received this <br /> letter I called your office to find out why. I was told I would need to go back to the <br /> Cottage Grove Town Board and get information of why the zoning that was approved in <br /> the meeting of September 3, 1996 for the parcel listed above was not yet final with Dane <br /> County. I was put on the agenda dated May 3, 1999 item 11. The board met and advised <br /> me that I should send you a copy of the September 3, 1996 minutes with the town clerks <br /> signature that this is a certified copy of the minutes.
