Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a <br /> separate offense. Compliance herewith shall.be enforced by injunctional order at <br /> the suite of the county or occupant of real estate within the district affected by the <br /> regulations of this ordinance. It shall not be necessary to prosecute for forfeiture <br /> before resorting to injunctional proceedings. <br /> Any person who has the ability to pay any forfeiture entered against him under this <br /> ordinance but refuses to do so may be confined in the county is paid, but in no event to exceed M3' jail until such <br /> an individual has the ability to thirty(30)days.
