Required Information for the Filing of a Rezone Petition <br /> 1) Legal Description - See attached <br /> 2) Scale Drawing- See Attached <br /> 3) Tax Parcel #'s - Part of 07-0810-054-8020-9 and <br /> part of 07-0810-054-8500-8 <br /> 4) Filing Fee - Check attached <br /> 5) Written Statement- We would like to rezone this property in preparation for the <br /> eventual development of the land into a Business Park. We <br /> have been negotiating with the neighbor on exactly how and <br /> where the roads/entrances etc, will go. The neighbor <br /> (Windsor Marathon Truck Stop) has no problems with the <br /> M-1 zoning request and so we want to move ahead on the <br /> zoning issue. <br /> 6) Town Notification - The Town of Burke Plan Commission has already approved <br /> M-1 zoning with some restrictions. The Town Board is <br /> scheduled to act on this on Wednesday July 17th, 1996. <br />
