Badger Road (zoned RH- <br /> 1) as listed: (1) expansion and/or addition of a worship facility, (2) private parochial <br /> school, (3) gymnasium or recreational facility for the parochial school, and (4) <br /> church offices, outreach, and meeting areas. Carried. <br /> Board discussed at length the HyCite Corp proposed building expansion at their <br /> property located at 320 Holtzman Road. Traffic issues must be addressed and Ms. <br /> Brimmer and Mr. Rose will contact officials of HyCite to discuss. <br /> Mr. Rose advised the Board that we would be receiving $5300 from the County for <br /> the proposed 1996 bicycle path construction on Frontage Road between Seminole <br /> Hwy. and Landmark Place. This is in addition to State funds already approved. <br /> Board reviewed and accepted the application for Bureau of Justice Assistance-local <br /> law enforcement block grant program prepared by Chief Lindsey. <br /> Operators application for Bret K. Church was deferred pending meeting with Board <br /> on 8/26/96. <br /> Theisen moved, seconded Jeffries that the Board approve the application for State <br /> Trust Fund Loan and Resolution for borrowing from trust funds for Badger Lane. <br /> All Board members voted aye. Carried. <br /> Satisfaction of Mortgage for James Brimmer, Jr. housing loan was accepted and <br /> referred to Ms. Ahlstrom. <br /> Letter from Open Pantry that they have contributed $100 for the Hands Across <br /> South Madison Program was reviewed and appreciation letter will be sent to them. <br /> New population estimate for 1996 is 6,611 for the town. <br /> Picada will be using the town hall facilities on consecutive Wednesday's for their <br /> youth program. <br /> Accounts payable Board voucher bills were reviewed and approved. Write-offs <br /> were authorized as presented on motion of Brimmer, seconded Jeffries and carried. <br /> Board approved and signed the Oregon Area Fire/EMS District automatic mutual <br /> response agreement as presented by Chief Bloom. <br />
