. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> MINUTES OF REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING <br /> DATE: August 12, 1996 <br /> TIME: 6:30 PM <br /> PLACE: Town Hall <br /> PRESENT: Messrs. Theisen, Jeffries; Mses. Brimmer, Meier <br /> Chair Theisen called meeting to order. Roll call shows that all Board members are <br /> present. Minutes of the 7/22/96 meeting were approved on motion of Brimmer, <br /> seconded Theisen and carried. Theisen showed a tape made by Anchor Bank on <br /> the new Parker Place. <br /> James Hegenbarth met with the Board to discuss his interest in serving on the <br /> Economic Development Committee. After discussion, Theisen moved, seconded <br /> by Jeffries that James Hegenbarth be appointed to the EDC effective immediately. <br /> Carried. <br /> Board discussed Bait Rigs third modification of Promissary Note and personal <br /> guarantees for loan thru EDC with Atty. Gerlach and Ms. Ahlstrom. Brimmer <br /> moved, seconded by Jeffries that the Board approve the modification contingent <br /> • <br /> on receiving signed documents from Tony and Joseph Puccio and recommendation <br /> of Atty. Gerlach. Chair and Clerk are granted authority to sign when completed. <br /> Carried. <br /> Mat Wenzel and Rick Rose met with the Board to discuss the request of Joe <br /> Dentice/Madison Mobile Home Park. He will be meeting with the Advisory Plan <br /> Committee to discuss his plan on what he's going to do with the mobile home park <br /> to bring it into compliance - also he is requesting rezoning for the back parcel under <br /> Conditional Use Permit #1363. No further action until we have the <br /> recommendation of the Plan Committee. <br /> Rick Rose met with Board to review the Advisory Plan Committee <br /> recommendations. Board approved Ordinance Amendment #43, height of pylon <br /> signs, on Plan Committee recommendation on motion of Brimmer, seconded <br /> Jeffries and carried. <br /> Jeffries moved, seconded Brimmer that the Board accept the recommendation of <br /> the Advisory Plan Comm. to approve the request for a conditional use permit for <br />
