COMPOSITE REPORT - Page 3 Application No. 6750. CUP 1380 <br /> E. The Springfield Town Board and the Town Planning Commission approved it <br /> unanimously on October 15, 1996. The following was added in the Town Report: <br /> "If one of mobiles is used for a residence, improvements would be needed to meet <br /> local building codes". <br /> III. SUMMARY <br /> A. The CUP should clearly refer to the proposed use stated in the application, and <br /> whose information has been properly reviewed by Dane County Saff. In this case <br /> not structural alterations or additional construction has been proposed at the time <br /> of this writing. <br /> B. If there were major changes such as the inclusion of a residence or the opening of <br /> a school with modifications of the building, an application should be submitted <br /> showing such changes for proper review(Dane County Environmental Health, <br /> Highways and Planning). <br /> C. If the intention was just to change the gym into a chapel for now and, within one <br /> year open the school without structural changes to the building, due to the <br /> previous use of the building for a school, basic information such as number of <br /> students,parking stalls and use would propably suffice for review by Dane <br /> County Staff. <br />
