•
PO Box 156
Waterloo WI 53594
September 30, 1996
Dane County Land Regulation & Records
City-County Building Room 16
Madison WI 53709
RE: Rezoning of a portion of parcel #35-0912-221-9500-7
Dear Dane County Rezoning Board:
It is our understanding that we need to submit this letter to explain our reasons for
rezoning a portion of the above noted parcel. We have included our time schedule, as
well as our intent and purpose for the rezoning.
The purpose for the rezoning of the area is to have a place to build our primary
residence. A prelimary survey shows the area to be rezoned as 2.83 gross acres,
which will encompass the house, septic field and driveway. The entire 74 acre parcel
we purchased is primarly wetland and woods, although the rezoned area is not
located in either. Due to the limited amount of workland on this parcel, we are unable
to make the $500 per month requirement to keep the area zoned Ag1-Exclusive.
Our schedule for construction of our single family residence is June of 1997 with a
completion date of September 1997.
Sincerely,
David Lenius Paula Lenius
cc: Town of York
