A legal description of the land to be rezoned. <br /> 2. A 1" = 300' scale preliminary drawing of the land to be rezoned, including the <br /> acreage and square footage for rezoning. Also is the soil classifications and <br /> percentage of each class contained within the area. <br /> 3. The tax parcel number of the larger parcel in which the smaller parcel is to be <br /> rezoned. <br /> 4. The $100.00 filing fee <br /> 5. A written statement fully explaining the reason for the rezone. <br />
