Soil Survey showing the soil map <br /> for the above referenced property. I have outlined the <br /> property in red and I have colored in the soils which are <br /> severely limited for private sewage system in yellow. <br /> As you can see there is a long knob of McHenry soil (MdDz) in <br /> the center of the property, an area of Dodge (DnB) & McHenry <br /> soils in the southwest corner of the property and an area of <br /> St. Charles (ScB) soil in the southeast corner of the <br /> property. These three soils typically will support a <br /> conventional private sewage system. Please note that it is <br /> extremely important to have a soil test done by a certified <br /> soil tester before proceeding with building plans.
