This zoning district permits duplexes on lots of not <br /> less than 20,000 sq. feet, and not less than 100 ft. in width at the building setback line. <br /> With the proposed dimensions of this rezoning, a total of 5 duplexes or 10 dwelling units could be <br /> permitted. <br /> This is significantly more density of housing than was previously approved.
