All portions of Section 16, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-3, excepting therefrom the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4; further excepting therefrom that portion of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 designated as LC-1 on Amendment 5082; further excepting therefrom that portion of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 designated as LC-1 on Amendment 2238; and further excepting therefrom the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; and further excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the northerly 2/3 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 which shall be designated A-1 Exclusive,and the plats of Windridge and Hillcrest Heights.
