All portions of Section 24, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-3, excepting therefrom the Plats of Second Addition to Fahey Heights and Jefferson Village; and further excepting therefrom a portion of the NE '/a designated as C-1 on Amendment 1143; and further excepting therefrom that portion of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 designated as R-3 on Amendment 4689; and further excepting therefrom that portion of the NW 1/4 of the NE '/a designated as R-4 on Amendment 1249; and further excepting therefrom those portions of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 designated as C-2 and A-1 on Amendment 2899 and 4508; and further excepting therefrom all property lying westerly of Union Road and northerly of County Trunk Highway A, which shall be designated A-1 Exclusive.
