All portions of Section 25,T5N, R9E,shall be designated A-3,excepting therefrom the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the SE 1/a of the NE 1/a and the Plat of Country Meadows; and further excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4, the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4, the SW 1/a of the SE 1A and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/a which shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, except for portions thereof in the Plat of Homestead Acres. All portions of Section 26,T5N,R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive,excepting therefrom the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, the NW 1/a of the NE 1/4, the SEl/aof the NWl/a and the SWl/aof the NE1; and further excepting therefrom the NE '/a of the NE i/a and the SE 1/4 of the NE '/a which shall be designated A-3. All portions of Section 27, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, excepting therefrom the Assessor's Plat of the Town of Oregon; and further excepting that portion of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 lying westerly of Hillcrest Lane, designated as RH-1 on Amendment 2068. All portions of Section 28,T5N, R9E shall be designated A-3,excepting therefrom the NW 1/4 which shall be designated A-1 Exclusive; and further excepting therefrom the Assessor's Plat of the Town of Oregon and the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4; and further excepting that portion of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 designated as RH-2 on Amendment 3148. All portions of Section 29, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive. All portions of Section 30, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, excepting therefrom the property lying westerly of County Trunk Highway D in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 which shall be designated A-3; and further excepting therefrom Certified Survey Maps#2300 and 2402,which shall be designated A-3. All portions of Section 31, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive. All portions of Section 32, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive. All portions of Section 33, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive, excepting therefrom the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 which shall be designated A-3 and the remainder of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, except that portion lying in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 designated as R-1 on Amendment 2048 and A-1 on Amendment 3405; and further excepting therefrom the northerly 2/3 of the westerly 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; and further excepting therefrom the southerly 1/3 of the westerly half of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1A and the westerly 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 which shall be designated A-3 and further excepting therefrom the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4. All portions of Section 34, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive. All portions of Section 35, T5N, R9E shall be designated A-1 Exclusive. All portions lying in the southerly 'h of Section 36, T5N, R9E, not lying within the corporate limits of the Village of Brooklyn shall be designated A-3. All portions lying in the northerly 'h of Section 36 shall be designated A-1 Exclusive.
