their removal. <br /> (b) Dane County must file with the department an official record, certified by the <br /> county clerk, showing that the Dane County Board has adopted the plan amendment <br /> according to par. (a). The record shall include a copy of the plan amendment as adopted by <br /> the Dane County Board. <br /> (c) Dane County must provide a written statement from the county corporation <br /> counsel indicating that the plan amendment was adopted according to county and municipal <br /> law-under chs. 59 through 68, Wis. Stats. <br /> (2) When Dane County has complied with all of the conditions specified under sub. <br /> (1)(a) to (c), the department on behalf of the LWCB shall promptly issue to Dane County a <br /> written confirmation of that fact. The certification under sub.
