The proposed building sites is located near the <br /> top of a gradually sloping area and will not adversely affect drainage patterns or cause erosion. <br /> General access to this property is limited due to steep slopes and poor visibility onto State <br /> Highway 78. In constructing our driveway we selected one of the few sites that minimizes <br /> disturbance of the property and to existing croplands. The driveway provides relatively easy <br /> access to State Highway 78 and appropriate permits and inspections were been obtained from the <br /> Wisconsin Department of Transportation and the Township of Perry. <br /> Prior to constructing our driveway, access to the fields on our property was available only from <br /> the east through fields on adjacent property. Construction of our driveway from the west has <br /> facilitated access to these fields for continued agricultural use. In addition, our building plans <br /> will only minimally encroach on potential agricultural use immediately adjacent to our building <br /> site. As indicated above, agricultural use is already limited in this field by soil types and local <br /> soil conditions. Our proposed building site and driveway are distant from cropland on adjacent <br /> property and therefore will not affect existing or potential agricultural use on any surrounding <br /> lands. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ■ ichael D.
