Motion carried. Bedker pointed out that the right of way on Reiner <br /> Road is not large enough. They need to add 17 additional feet to create a 100 foot right <br /> of way. Motion carried. <br /> SPEED ZONE STUDY: Volkmann explained that they need to adopt the speed zone <br /> study in the form of an ordinance to make everything final and legal. Motion by Bedker, <br /> second by Stenson to adopt the speed zone study as an ordinance with the following <br /> exceptions: <br /> 1. Rattman Road from Hoepker to Portage Road will remain 45mph. <br /> 2. Felland Road from Burke Road to Cty. T will remain 45 mph. <br /> 3. Reiner Road from Nelson to 400 yards past Madison Crushing will remain <br /> 45 mph. <br /> 4. Nelson Road from Reiner Road east to Town limits will remain 45 mph. <br /> Motion carried. Volkmann will have attorney draw up the proper language needed for <br /> signature. <br /> STEGMAN PRELIMINARY PLAT: <br /> Merlin Stegman explained that this was the exact plat that was approved by the Town <br /> in 1993. At that time, it was rejected by the RPC. He is re-submitting it with sewer and <br /> water plans. He read a letter from Madison stating they denied his plat because it was <br /> •in-fill and not a sub division. Fenner stated that he basically has 2 questions to be <br /> addressed. Does the platting comply with the town sub-division standards and does it <br /> comply with DC sub-division standards or does it need R-1 classification. <br /> Stegman stated he intended to submit his proposal to the RPC for review before it goes <br /> any further. Wiganowsky said he should make sure their staff gets it and that he invite <br /> them to come out and look at the area. <br />
