Furthermore,the rear yard deck addition is encroaching into the side yard <br /> setback for an R-3 RESIDENTIAL zoning district. <br /> You are hereby instructed to either remove the rear yard deck or reduce the footprint of the rear yard deck addition <br /> to bring the building into compliance with Dane County Code of Ordinances. A Dane County Zoning Permit <br /> application must be submitted within 14 days of the date of this letter for the compliant revisions.
