The Town Attorney shall review and approve all deed restrictions and <br /> condominium rules and by-laws proposed by the Developer prior to the Clerk's <br /> signature on the Plat. <br /> 11, The Developer shall comply with any rules, regulations, and permits of <br /> County, State or Federal agencies with respect to the sewerage system, wells, erosion <br /> control, stormwater drainage control, and construction erosion and drainage control <br /> measures, as well as all provisions of Town Ordinances. <br /> 12.
