The Developer shall have 120 days from the date the current life estate <br /> on a portion of the Plat property ends (upon the death of the life estate holder or the <br /> cessation of use of the property by the life estate holder) in which to remove the <br /> - residence and any other related structures associated with the life estate. If not <br /> removed within that time, the Town shall have the option of entering the property, <br /> removing those structures, and charging the property pursuant to section 66.60(16), <br /> Wis. Stets., for the cost of such removal. . The form of these provisions shall be placed <br /> in the development agreement as approved by the Town Attorney. <br /> 23.
