Dane County Planning & Development <br /> Zoning Division <br /> City County Building, Room 116 <br /> Madison WI 53709 <br /> We are stating our strong opposition to CUP #1408 due to a concern regarding density <br /> of population in a small neighborhood, which is already overcrowded in terms of <br /> people and traffic and in terms of lack of green space. We do not need more traffic <br /> congestion and noise situated in a small space between two restaurants. We feel the <br /> environmental impact is a serious problem since these buildings are all close to the <br /> Yahara River.
