MAR 04 '97 01:40PM TOWN OF WESTPORT P.4/13 <br /> with the Town's Land Use Plan regarding this property, is consistent with the current <br /> zoning classification for the property, and is a much less intrusive and demanding use <br /> than other potential permitted uses for the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has determined that the Plat will only be <br /> consistent with the Town. Land Use Plan, applicable Town and County Ordinances, and <br /> Wisconsin Statutes, if the various conditions set forth in its written recommendation to <br /> the Board are met; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has previously held several open meetings <br /> and held a public hearing on the Plat on February 26, 1997, all at which it listened to <br /> public comment and considered the same in making a written recommendation to the <br /> Board, which recommendation the Board has now reviewed and considered; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board agrees with the findings of the Plan Commission <br /> noted above and in the written recommendation, and has added further necessary <br /> conditions and clarifying language to the approval as indicated below. <br /> NOW, 'THEREFORE, the Town of Westport Board of Supervisors hereby resolves <br /> that, based on the above, the Yahara Place Condominium Plat received January 28, <br /> 1997, as attached, be conditionally approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Water shall be provided to the development contemplated in the Plat by <br /> the proposed Town public water system.
