All utilities shall be installed underground, and their location approved by <br /> - the servicing utilities. <br /> 3. Erosion control and stormwater drainage and runoff plans shall be <br /> approved by the Town Engineer and the Town Board, prior to construction <br /> commencing on the Plat property. <br /> 4. Documentation from the Town Engineer stating that road, sewer, water <br /> stormwater detention/retention, and other required public improvements, have met <br /> • <br /> Town standards. <br /> 5. Contracts entered into by the Town and Developer for all public <br /> improvements shall be reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney and Town <br /> Engineer. <br /> 6. A Development Agreement between the Town and Developer, in a form <br /> acceptable to the Town Attorney, shall be executed requiring the Developer to pay <br /> Town Engineer and Town Attorney review fees. Fees for any and all reviews are to <br /> be paid to the Town prior to the Town's plat approval signature. <br /> 7.
