DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6865 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural and RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 6865 <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 28; thence East along <br /> the South line of said NW 1/4, 660.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 58' 22" <br /> West, along the West line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 1323.41 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 59' 31"East along the North line of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4, 1020.00 feet; thence <br /> South, 435.00 feet; thence S 50° West, 435.00 feet; thence West 200.00 feet; thence S 18° <br /> West, 260.00 feet; thence S 50° West, 200.00 feet; thence South, 240.00 feet; thence <br /> West along the South line of said NW 1/4, 230.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO, Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 28; thence East along the South <br /> line of said NW 1/4, 1490.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence North, 520.00 feet; <br /> thence N 57° East, 285.00 feet; thence North, 140.00 feet; thence East, 750.00 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 53' 23"East, 813.00 feet; thence West along the South line of said N\V 1/4, <br /> 987.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Windsor described as follows: <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 28; thence East along the <br /> South line of said NW 1/4, 890.81 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 240.00 <br /> feet; thence N 50° East, 200.00 feet; thence N 18° East, 260.00 feet; thence East, 200.00 <br /> feet; thence N 50° East, 435.00 feet; thence North, 435.00 feet; thence N 89° 59' 31" <br /> East, along the North line of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4, 980.00 feet; thence S 00° 53' 23" <br /> East, parallel with the East line of said NW 1/4, 510.00 feet; thence West, 750.00 feet; <br /> thence South, 140.00 feet; thence S 57° West, 285.00 feet; thence South, 520.00 feet; <br /> thence West along the South line of said NW 1/4, 600.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
