DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. Subject to the Town of Windsor conditions including no residential development on the A-2 rezone <br /> parcels and no further divisions on the RH-4 rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dace County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> - <br />
