Torn Borchert 4146233431 P. 11 <br /> Dane County Zoning S Resource Committee <br /> I am writing this letter to oppose Mark Smiehback's zoning request as a <br /> concerned neighbor and a member of the Town of YOrk zoning committee. His <br /> request was turned down at the zoning committee hearing because the woods <br /> are located too far from the road. If Mark gets to build way back off the road <br /> we will have many more requests and once having set a precedence will have <br /> no way to turn them down. The committee also did not like the driveway going <br /> across farm land. If these woods were located next to the road there would <br /> be no opposition. <br /> This request is not in the interest of protecting Dane County's farm land <br /> and trying to control housing going up all over without a plan. <br /> Jj )),W <br /> Helen Hebei <br /> • <br /> • <br />
