May 8, 1997 <br /> Dear Harold Krantz,Bob Boehnen, Ken Esser, Ann Walden, Bob Bowman, Jeff Anderson, <br /> and Arnold Harris: <br /> After the April 14, 1997 Town Board meeting, we have given much thought to the concerns <br /> regarding our request to rezone from A-I exclusive land to LC-1. After conversations with <br /> several people on the local and county levels we feel that the request to keep it in the <br /> agricultural zone is possible. Therefore, amending the zoning request from A-1 exclusive to <br /> A-2, instead of A-i exclusive to LC-1. (See attached photo copy) <br /> Also in the last meeting it was requested that a "rough" site plan be given of the placement <br /> of the intended buildings would be. This is not set in stone, but that any deviation or <br /> modification should not change dramatically. (See attached "rough" site plan). <br /> If this is passed as an A-2 zone we would like to requet that the Town Board change the <br /> petition be formally changed to read A-1 exclusive to A-2 before it is sent to the zoning <br /> committee. <br /> Si ere <br /> David &Tammy Nelson <br />
