It was originally written for a request to change the <br /> zoning from Al-Exclusive to LC-1. After lengthy discussions with the Town Board they felt that <br /> the A-2 zone with a conditional use permit (C.U.P) would be the correct way to proceed. Upon <br /> their advice, they have passed the petition at the Town level as an Al- Exclusive to A-2 Zone <br /> with a C.U.P. If you have any questions or comments please contact me.
