This proposed mineral extraction site is in an agricultural preservation area of the adopted <br /> town/county plan in the Town of Cottage Grove. The applicant indicates that the extraction is for the <br /> reconstruction of USH 12& 18 in the area. <br /> There are farm buildings on-site and single family homes to the north and south. <br /> Conditions should relate to the site plan with sensitivity to the neighbors,wooded areas and erosion control. The <br /> conditions should terminate with the end of the construction contract. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> C.U.P. 1414. CTH"AB"is a controlled access highway. This parcel does not have access to CTH"AB".
