15. Applicant shall construct a deceleration lane eastbound of approximately 400 feet: <br /> construction of an acceleration lane westbound of approximately 600-800 feet contracted of <br /> asphalt to minimize dust. <br /> 16. All access will be through a driveway to 12&18:No use of Hope Hollow or CTH AB: <br /> Temporary driveway permit will be obtained through WDOT. <br /> 17. Applicant shall supply evidence of performance and payment bond in the amount of <br /> approximately 29 million dollars,and a copy of the state contract to the Town. <br /> 18. Applicant shall supply a restoration bond in an amount to be set by the Town Engineer <br /> Warren Myers as well as such other fmancial assurance as agreed to between Town Engineer, <br /> Town Attorney and Town chairman, Conformation of such shall be supplied to the Zoning <br /> Administrator by communication from the Town Chair. <br /> 19. Operations shall cease no later than 15 September 1998. No extensions shall be granted <br /> without review of a new CUP application. <br /> 20. Applicant shall supply a letter signed by Carl Rattman confirming that the CUP approval <br /> will not negatively impact his farming operation. <br /> 21. All work must be completed in accordance with the material submitted with the application <br /> to the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> 22.
