Hours of Operation: <br /> Work hours will be from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday work <br /> hours will be from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. There will be no work on Sundays or holidays. <br /> Reclamation Plan: <br /> The final reclamation of the site will be in accordance with the final contours as shown on <br /> the site plan. The topsoil stored in the berms will be respread over the disturbed area, and the <br /> area will be seeded, mulched and fertilized to restore cover over the disturbed area. <br /> The area disturbed in 1997 will be restored with topsoil prior to the end of the 1997 <br /> construction season. All areas disturbed before September 1, 1997 will be finish graded, <br /> topsoiled, seeded, fertilized, and mulched prior to September 15, 1997. These areas will be <br /> seeded with a permanent seed mixture No. 10 as per the DOT Specifications. Areas disturbed <br /> after September 1, 1997 will be topsoiled before the end of the 1997 construction season, and <br /> will be temporarily seeded for winter. These sites will be seeded with a DOT Borrow Pit <br /> Mixture, which consists of 60% rye and 40% permanent seed. <br /> The area disturbed in 1998 will be completely restored prior to September 1, 1998. The <br /> topsoil which is stripped will be respread over the site, and the area will be seeded, fertilized, and <br /> mulched. This area will be seeded with a No. 10 seed as per the DOT Specifications. <br /> Upon completion of the reclamation of the site, the area will have no slopes steeper than <br /> 3:1, and there will be a 25' setback from any property lines. The final contours will blend into <br /> the natural surroundings to create a natural looking landscape. This project will leave the <br /> property owner with additional agricultural land along the flat portion of the site. <br />
