Reclamation Plan: <br /> The final reclamation of the site shall be in accordance with the final contours as shown <br /> on the site plan. The material excavated from the site shall only be used for Wis. D.O.T. <br /> highway projects. <br /> As stated in the schedule of operations, only half of the site shall be opened at one time. <br /> The 1997 excavation shall be located adjacent to Hwy 12/18 and shall be restored to final <br /> contours, retopsoiled, and reseeded before the 1998 excavation begins. The final borrow <br /> pit restoration including reseeding shall be complete by Sept. 15, 1998. The site shall be <br /> monitored the following season in 1999 and any runoff or erosion problems corrected. <br /> All final slopes in the borrow pit shall have a 3H:1 V or flatter slope.
