Page 3 <br /> 9. There shall be no bulk fuel stored on site. All <br /> excavation equipment, shall be fueled in areas of <br /> higher elevation with soil ground cover. All other <br /> equipment shall be serviced and fueled off site. <br /> 10 . No water shall be pumped or otherwise removed from <br /> the site in order to maintain groundwater discharge to <br /> adjacent wetlands . <br /> 11 . The operator shall require all trucks to have <br /> muffler systems which meet or exceed then current <br /> industry standards for noise abatement, and shall <br /> require all excavation equipment to meet or exceed the <br /> then more current industry standards for noise <br /> abatement . <br /> 12 . Applicant shall maintain compliance with the Town <br /> of Cottage Grove Ordinances Chapter 17 . <br /> 13 . Applicant shall submit a map and legal description <br /> confirming that the borrow area covers approximately <br /> 15 acres as identified on the topographical map <br /> submitted with the applicant to the Town of Cottage <br /> Grove. <br /> 14 . Applicant shall supply written confirmation that <br /> no effigy mounds or similar sites exist at the <br /> location of the excavation area. <br /> 15 . Applicant shall construct a deceleration lane <br /> eastbound of approximately 400 feet: construction of <br /> an acceleration lane westbound of approximately 600- <br /> 800 feet contracted of asphalt to minimize dust . <br /> 16. All access will be through a driveway to 12 &18 : <br /> No use of Hope Hollow or CTH AB: Temporary driveway <br /> permit will be obtained through WDOT. <br /> 17 . Applicant shall supply evidence of performance and <br /> payment bond in the amount of approximately 29 million <br /> dollars, and a copy of the state contract to the Town. <br /> 18 . Applicant shall supply a restoration bond in an <br /> amount to be set by the Town Engineer Warren Myers as <br /> well as such other financial assurance as agreed to <br /> between Town Engineer, Town Attorney and Town <br /> chairman, Conformation of such shall be supplied to <br /> the Zoning Administrator by communication from the <br /> Town Chair. <br /> 19. Operations shall cease no later than 15 September <br /> 1998 . No extensions shall be granted without review <br /> of a new CUP application. <br />
