Roberts feels we <br /> should let the market dictate how many homes are reasonable up <br /> there. Plan Comm. would like to do ordinance and map at same time. <br /> L. Possible Extension of Valley St . thru Baer Park - <br /> Access to Middle School precipitated need for looking into <br /> alternatives for permanent access . Cost for all options to be <br /> presented at Public Works meeting on Monday night . Plan does need <br /> to look at options from a planning standpoint . Tim Stapleton said <br /> Rec Comm. does not even want this option considered. LAWCON funds <br /> used for park would make this option further difficult . Judy <br /> Ketelboeter said you don' t want a by-pass, thru road coming by a <br /> school area for safety reasons . Warren reviewed options being <br /> looked at . Military Road, Valley St . , Bollenbeck St . or Severson <br /> property as a private driveway into school . Can diswade thru <br /> traffic with curves . Warren feels Military, whether Plan a or b, <br /> is a must to meet the school needs for fall, 1996 . Access to <br /> school and traffic flow and safety and what Village should be in <br /> future are issues . Randy Lowenberg hopes after all the facts are <br /> in that we have public hearings .
