Conditional Use Permit - Ed DeWitt - Sell Produce <br /> at Hair Chamber Parking Lot - Has 1/2 acre organic <br /> garden and he'd like to sell his produce a few days of the week. <br /> Motion, Schutz, second, Zander, to recommend to Village Board to <br /> grant a temporary conditional use for Ed DeWitt to sell organic <br /> produce at the Hair Chamber Parking Lot for 1995 growing season <br /> contingent upon there being a limit of two vehicles, cleanup site <br /> each day present, temporary signage no taller than and attached to <br /> existing fence. Carried. <br /> I . Gausewitz Plat Review <br /> 1. Annexation - May want to complete Saeman St . loop <br /> at time of road improvements . Outlot 2 accomodates the stormwater <br /> runoff for much larger area than the 5 lots proposed for R-2 . <br /> Engineer recommends Village own Outlot 2 for maintenance . Some <br /> grading needs to be done per Ron Klaus . Petition for annexation <br /> submitted. Outlot 1 will be sold to the abutting neighbor. <br /> Preliminary plat OK'd last fall . Developer must improve whole road <br /> frontage and curb and gutter on their side. Lot 5 will have two <br /> street yard setbacks in anticipation of future extension of <br /> American Legion Drive. Will be a drainage swale on every lot <br /> funneling drainage to outlot 2 . Deed restrict with specific <br /> grades . Storm Sewer near capacity in area but 5 lots will not have <br /> great impact for Village or someone who currently has no problem. <br /> Warren feels outlot 2 should be graded as developer can' t provide <br /> detention which would ordinarily be required. Consider recapture <br /> costs should Legion ever develop their property. Water main <br /> capacity to be upgraded as funding allows . Final plat needs to <br /> show direction of drainage flow. <br /> 2 . Rezoning - Set Public Hearing - Motion, Roberts, <br /> second, Schutz, to set public hearing for rezoning of Virginia <br /> Addition for 7/12/95 at 7 PM. Carried. <br /> J.
