shall be determined to be the total amount of material processed during the last three months divided <br /> by three not to exceed 33,333 tons. This method of determining the average monthly production rate <br /> shall be used for the first 12 months of operation. On the 13th month and beyond, the total amount <br /> of material processed during the last 12 months shall be divided by 12 to arrive at the monthly <br /> production rate averaged over any 12 consecutive months not to exceed 33,333 tons. <br /> The facility shall keep monthly records of all stone processed to demonstrate compliance with this <br /> condition. These records shall be retained at the facility for at least 5 years and be made available <br /> to a Department representative upon request. (Sec. NR 439.04, NR 439.05, Wis. Adm. Code). <br /> 9. The facility shall maintain records of the dates, and daily hours of plant operation.
