FOR Mineral extraction quarry EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/22/95 EXPIRATION DATE : 8/22/2025 THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4, part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and part of the SW 1 '/4 SW 1/4 all being part of Section 13, plus part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 24 all located in the Town of Oregon, described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 13 and the point of beginning; thence N 89° 47' 56" West, along the line between said Sections 13 and 24, 1710. 36 feet; thence S 71° 45' 58" West, 158 . 11 feet; thence N 89° 47' 56" West, 124 . 82 feet to the centerline of Union Road; thence North along said centerline, 100. 00 feet; thence S 89° 47' 56" East, 125. 18 feet; thence N 71° 45' 58" East, 158 . 11 feet; thence S 89° 47' 56" East, 675. 09 feet; thence N 00° 09' 53" West, 1881 . 44 feet; thence S 89° 32' 38" East, along the North line of the S 1/2 NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of said Section 13, 1023. 08 feet; thence S 00° 30' 03" East (recorded as S 00° 30' 31" East) , along the East line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 13, 1977 . 00 feet (recorded as 1977 .23 feet) to the South quarter corner of said Section 13 and the point of beginning of this description. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1 . All fueling at the quarry follow DILHR standards. 2 . The quarry facility shall install, maintain and operate water spray system or other control device (s) or technique (s) that is approved by the Department in writing, in order to comply with thee applicable capacity and particulate matter limitations . (Section 144 . 394 (3) , Wis. Stats. ) . 3. The quarry shall do no crushing on Saturdays . Total crushing shall not exceed 1000 hrs . per year maximum. 4 . The quarry shall be subject to all conditions included in the Town and operator agreement. 5. All conditions in the Town an operator agreement shall also be enforceable by the County. 6. Dane County be added (included) to the insured in addition to the Town.
