Lot 1 is currently in use as the <br /> Lutheran Cemetery, but is a nonconforming use. The Lutheran Cemetery Association <br /> would like to obtain a proper conditional use permit for the existing cemetery on Lot <br /> 1 and obtain a conditional use permit for Parcel A so that the cemetery may be <br /> expanded on to Parcel A at a future date. <br /> Enclosed is a site plan for the current cemetery and for Parcel A showing the <br /> approximate location of the proposed roadway and cemetery plots. At this time, the <br /> Lutheran Cemetery Association is not sure when Parcel A will start being used as a <br /> cemetery. This depends on how quickly the existing cemetery plots on Lot 1 are <br /> sold.
