Supervisor Salkin addressed two concerns, the fugitive dust plan and identification of the <br /> operator. <br /> Motion by Salkin/Hendrick to amend condition# 16,page 4,of the Town operator agreemnet to add at the end <br /> of the last sentence the wording" for quarry operations extracting more than 300,000 tons per year.";carried 4- <br /> 1.Anderson voting no. <br /> Motion by Hendrick/Weckmueller to amend condition# 15,page 4 of the Town operater agreement to delete 3 <br /> feet to 6 feet in all three areas where it is identified;carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Salldn/Anderson to impose the following condition that the Department of Natural Resources shall be <br /> notified when extraction from this quarry exceeds 300,000 tons per year,carried 5-0. <br /> Consideration of Section 10.255 Dane County Zoning Ordinance(h) Standards.
