Operating hours, days of operation, blasting, crushing, hauling hours. Operating hours would be open because of the location and observable remoteness of the site. Operating hours in Area III would be limited to operating 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Operations permitted during operating hours would be hauling and crushing. Days of operation for the site would be Monday through Saturday. Blasting will be done from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. There will be no blasting on Saturday, Sundays or legal holidays. 6. Surface drainage on the property. Surface drainage on the property is shown on the map marked II. Surface water in Areas I, II and West half of III, moves north and northwest. The east 1/3 of Area III, presently moves northeast to Highland Drive Area IV surface water moves south from the 950' elevation west and northwest on north portion north of 950 ' elevation Post extraction surface water in Areas I, II, III will move water north or northwest to detention basins. Area IV surface water will all move south. Post extraction water movement will produce a more controllable runoff situation than is occurring at present.
