James Gregorius
January 18, 1996
Page Eight
4. A description of anticipated final topography and
drainage on the property.
In our plan, we have referred to the plan prepared b the
Habitex Surveyors which provides the topography. The
setbacks from the roads are to be 80 ' . All slopes are to
be 22-1/2° maximum. Drainage from all slope portions and
floor area of each area shall drain to the detention
basins for each area. Floors are sloped at 1%.
5. A planting plan, trees and shrubs, other vegetative cover
necessary to accomplish soil and slope stabilization.
The property will be returned to agricultural use
following salvaging. The applicant submits that the 22-
1/2° slope is all cropable and will be cropped as a
continuing part of our farm operation. We anticipate
returning this land to agricultural crop production. We
feel that a 22-1/2° slope is all cropable and will be
cropped as a continuing part of our farm operation.
6. The reclamation plan should coincide with the phasing of
the operation plan.
This has been addressed in paragraph 1. As stated in
response to item 1, reclamation will commence and be
completed within one year of the cessation of extraction,
stockpiling or marshalling processes.
Respectfully submitted,
ROE ;E, BURRO , RO%):E & POPE
/,f
n W.
