Blasting shall be performed in accordance with the <br /> Wisconsin Administrative Code, Wisconsin Statutes and <br /> other regulatory agencies. <br /> 20. Owner/applicant shall reclaim all disturbed areas in the <br /> permitted boundaries and return the area to farming and <br /> agricultural uses. All topsoil and overburden shall <br /> remain on site. <br /> The quarry area will have a one (1) percent slope cut and <br /> grades to offer adequate surface water movement and in <br /> all cases sloped up toward Roshkonong Road with a bottom <br /> line to intersect less than 22.5 degrees cut slope from <br /> all roads involved in the extraction site. The <br /> transmission line easements note in the attached map <br /> shall be protected to their maximum width with cut back <br /> and cover set at a slope of no greater than 22.5 degrees <br /> and covered with appropriate cover crops for harvest and <br /> livestock use. All areas shall be covered with a minimum <br /> of two feet of soil to make it available for return to <br /> agricultural uses. <br /> Final reclamation shall be completed within one (1) year <br /> following the termination of the mineral extraction or <br /> within one (1) year following the end of the conditional <br /> use permit. <br /> Nineteen and Twenty are acceptable to the applicant. The only <br /> change requested is a language change under which the third and <br /> fourth line should provide "sloped up toward Roshkonong Road with <br /> a bottom line to intersect at no greater than 22.5 degrees cut <br /> slope from all roads involved in the extraction site" . <br /> 21. All access and haulage roads shall be maintained by <br /> surfacing or treatment to keep dust to a minimum. <br /> Number 21 is not necessary inasmuch as the road in question <br /> will be a private road effecting only Mr. Lien's property. <br /> 22. At the Roshkonong Road crossing, owner/applicant shall <br /> pave an entrance area 100 feet on both sides of the road <br /> to protect the road edges. <br /> 10 <br />
