In addition, this is unnecessary since there will be <br /> no effect on the ground water in accordance with the hydrological <br /> study done in conjunction with this conditional use permit <br /> application. <br /> 17 . Dumping or burying hazardous waste is prohibited and <br /> shall void the CUP and owner/applicant shall be <br /> responsible for all clean up costs. <br /> The applicant objects to this condition on the grounds it is <br /> superfluous. This requirement is already regulated by federal and <br /> state law. <br /> 18. The Town Board shall be permitted to inspect the site <br /> following each crushing operation. The owner/applicant <br /> shall notify the Township when the crushing operation has <br /> terminated. The purpose of the Town Board inspection <br /> shall be for inspection of the size of the quarry and <br /> shall review compliance with the CUP conditions. <br /> This condition is objected to as unreasonable and unnecessary. <br /> The applicant's operation is already regulated by Dane County <br /> Zoning, EPA, DILHR, OSHA and the Bureau of Mines.
