granting the conditional use permit is to make recommendations to <br /> the County Zoning Board. In addition, the activities of the Town <br /> Board and the County Zoning Board in acting upon, making <br /> recommendations or granting the Petition are legislative of quasi <br /> legislative activities immune from liabilities under Wis. Stat. <br /> 893.80 (3) and (4) . <br /> 25. A letter of credit in the amount of $50,000.00 shall be <br /> provided to the Township of Christiana to assure <br /> completion of the reclamation as specified in paragraph <br /> 20. Said letter of credit shall remain in effect until <br /> the reclamation has been completed and approved by Dane <br /> County. <br /> 26. Owner/operator shall possess all necessary permits to <br /> operate a quarry. <br /> Numbers 25 is acceptable but the letter of credit should run <br /> to Dane County because Dane County has responsibility to issue the <br /> permit and enforce its conditions.
