DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6382 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Madison <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to <br /> include in the R-4 Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6382: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Madison described as <br /> follows: Lot 6 and 7 Arbordale Professional Plat, Section 33, Town <br /> of Madison. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) . Permitted USE. Notwithstanding the permitted uses designated <br /> for the R-4 Zoning District, the sole permitted use shall be <br /> expressly limited to the use of the property for the present <br /> multiple family dwellings, consisting of, and limited to, two (2) <br /> apartment buildings with thirty-two (32) apartments in each <br /> building. There shall be no additional apartment buildings, <br /> expansion of the existing apartment buildings, additional units, <br /> parking lots, parking structures, garages, or driveways, except <br /> for additional Landmark Place access pursuant to paragraph 3. <br /> below. <br /> 2) . Traffic and Parking Control. All traffic that accesses the <br /> parking lot for the apartment building located on Lot Seven (7) , <br /> 2801 Coventry Trail, via Grandview Boulevard and Coventry Trail, <br /> shall be controlled and strictly enforced on the property as <br /> follows: <br /> A. The maximum speed of all traffic in the parking lot and all <br /> private access driveways shall be ten (10) miles per hour. <br /> B. Traffic shall only be permitted to enter the parking lot via <br /> the private access road presently located at the North- <br /> eastern edge of the cul-de-sac on Coventry Trail. Such road <br /> shall be one-way, from Coventry Trail into the parking lot. <br />
