Petition #6382 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 5. Screening provisions. Screening along the entire western and <br /> southern Property lines, which abut Lots Six (6) through Eight (8) , <br /> Arbordale, Lots Thirty (30) through Thirty-three (33) , Arbor Hills, <br /> Coventry Trail, Lots Thirty-four through Thirty-seven (37) , First <br /> Addition to Arbor Hills, and Lots Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) <br /> and Three Hundred Thirty-six (336) , Nottingham Addition to Arbor <br /> Hills, and the eastern property line of Lot Seven (7) , which abuts <br /> the Williams Farm property, shall consist of the current natural <br /> buffer provided by the trees, that now exist within a ten foot <br /> (10' ) strip along the Property line set forth above, which will be <br /> maintained by Owner. Except for establishing the alternative <br /> access for Lot Seven (7) , as set forth in paragraph 3. above, at no <br /> time shall any of such trees be removed, provided that Owner is <br /> allowed to trim the trees, cut undergrowth, vegetation and grass, <br /> at his discretion, and remove sick trees or trees that die from <br /> natural causes. Owner shall replace any trees that are removed by <br /> promptly planting replacement sapling trees that are no less than <br /> six feet (6' ) high when planted. <br /> 6. Owner understands that it has, and reserves the right, to apply <br /> for amendments to the deed restrictions agreed to herein. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
