Page 2 <br /> Pet. # 6388 <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. That there be an indemnification agreement regarding damage to Tower Drive, with the Town <br /> determining if damage has occured. <br /> 2. That a landscaping agreement be made with Danco FS working together with the neighbors,the <br /> Town Board being the mediator of such an agreement, including the concern about a Danco FS sign. <br /> 3. Require a storm water drainage plan, for a 25 year event,to be developed by the Dane Land <br /> Conservation Department and implementation of such by the applicant. <br /> 4. Require Town approval of the Danco FS site plan. <br /> 5. Require that a polymer be utilized on-site, as approved by LCC, with the polymer being utilized two <br /> times per year. <br /> 6 To limit the number of signs to two, the square footage of each sign is to be limited to 16 square feet, <br /> not to be lighted after 9:00 P.M. <br /> 7 That Danco FS. shall have motion detector lights on the subject site. <br /> 8.To have Danco FS work with State, County, and the Town for road improvements needed including <br /> the design and construction of a safe turning lane from State Highway 51 on to Tower Road as <br /> approved by the appropriate govermental authorities and to have Danco FS use USH 51. <br /> 9. The uses on the rezone area shall be limited to sales and service of incidental tools and <br /> equipment used in farming, sales distribution, mixing, blending and storage of feeds, seeds, <br /> fertilizer, and agricultural chemicals, sale and distribution of nursery stock and plants. The only <br /> Conditional Use that may be considered in the future is for agricultural related experimental <br /> laboratories with no other conditional use permit being allowed. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
