All areas shall be <br /> covered with a minimum of two feet of soil to make it <br /> available for return to agricultural uses . <br /> Final reclamation shall be completed within one (1) year <br /> following the termination of the mineral extraction or within <br /> one (1) year following the end of the conditional use permit. <br /> 22 . At the Koshkonong Road crossing, Owner/Operator shall pave an <br /> entrance area 100 feet on both sides of Koshkonong Road. <br /> 23 . Owner/Operator shall maintain liability insurance coverage in <br /> the amount of $5, 000, 000 . 00 and maintained at that level or <br /> greater until the quarry is closed or CUP expires . Proof of <br /> insurance shall be submitted annually to the Township and the <br /> 411 Township shall be named as an additional insured. <br /> 24 . Owner/Operator shall provide an acceptable letter of credit in <br /> the amount of $50, 000. 00 to the Township of Christiana to <br /> assure completion of the reclamation as specified in paragraph <br /> 20. Said letter of credit shall remain in effect until the <br /> reclamation has been completed and approved by Dane County. <br /> 25 . Owner/Operator shall indemnify and hold harmless the Town of <br /> Christiana, their board members and representatives from any <br /> and all liability, damages, expenses and attorney fees that <br /> the Township, their board members and representatives suffer <br /> as a result of any action or claim against the Township, their <br /> board members and representatives as a result of the quarry <br /> operation or use of the mineral extraction site. <br /> •1HOWARD LIEN AND SONS, INC.
