The applicant shall create and install bering adjacent to <br /> Koshkonong Road, commencing 80 feet from the Township road <br /> right of way and the Berm shall be seeded and evergreens <br /> planted and irregularly spaced to provide a solid vegetation <br /> and living fence. The berm is permitted in the 80 foot <br /> setback provided it commences at the furthest boundary. The <br /> evergreens shall be spaced not greater than 10 feet apart. <br /> Prior to the commencement of quarry activities, the minimum <br /> height of the trees shall be 0 feet or greater adjacent to <br /> Koshkonong Road. Adjacent to the quarrying operation which <br /> owner anticipates opening initially, the trees as set forth <br /> herein, shall be no less than three (6) feet at the time of <br /> planting. In the event the trees or living fence area is not <br /> feet or greater, no quarrying activities shall commence. <br /> The cover seeding shall consist of a grass and alfalfa or <br /> ground cover mixture. <br /> 16. During operation and crushing, Owner/Operator shall take all <br /> reasonable efforts to reduce and minimize dust and shall take <br /> all reasonable efforts to minimize the noise of the operation. <br /> Owner/Operator shall comply with local, State and federal <br /> re ula ions as it relates to dust control, -C-o R. Owner/Operator ' s quarrying operation shall be used for the <br /> production of agricultural field lime and lime rock products . <br /> No redi-mix, concrete or asphalt production or manufacturing <br /> processes are allowed. <br /> 18 . Owner/Operator shall perform private testing of all wells with <br /> 1/4 mile of the operating quarry site with 90 days of opening <br /> the site with copies of the tests being given to the property <br /> owners tested and the Township. <br /> 19 . Dumping or burying hazardous waste is prohibited and shall <br /> void the CUP and Owner shall be responsible for all clean up <br /> costs. <br /> 20. The Town Board shall be permitted to inspect the site <br /> . following each crushing operation. The owner/applicant shall <br /> notify the Township when the crushing operation has <br /> terminated. The purpose of the Town Board inspection shall be <br /> for inspection of the size of the quarry and shall review <br /> compliance with the CUP conditions . <br /> 21. Owner/Operator shall reclaim all disturbed areas in the <br /> permitted boundaries and return the area to farming and <br /> agricultural uses.
