Jerry Wine was present to inquire about the possibility of developing the 16.5 <br /> acre parcel in section 25 (Anderson property) into condominiums and a strip mall. <br /> He was informed this parcel is not served by sewer so it cannot be divided. It <br /> is currently zoned R-3 with B-1 zoning along Hwy 51 and they are limited to the <br /> permitted uses under those zoning categories that would not require a land <br /> division, unless they can come up with a proposal for down zoning the property <br /> that could be reviewed at a future plan commission meeting. Note: Mr. Wine <br /> was allowed to speak to commission even though he was not on agenda - no <br /> action was taken. <br /> E. Dane County Ordinance Amendments #14, 18 and 19. <br /> Motion: White/Molloy to recommend denial of O.A. #14. Carried unanimously. <br /> Motion: White/Campbell to recommend approval of O.A. #18. Carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Motion: Molloy/Lalor to take no formal position and make no recommendation <br /> on O.A. #19 regarding snowmobile trails. Yes. Molloy, Greb, Campbell, Lalor. <br /> Abstained. White. <br /> E. The 1996 budget was discussed. It was agreed to include the cost of aerial <br /> photographs of the town for 1937 and 1965 ($300.)and recommend that sufficient <br /> money be put in budget to contract for expert assistance in proceeding with the <br /> Rural Preservation Program, and the cost of a town survey, reprint the Land Use <br /> Plan so sufficient copies are available to other communities. <br /> G.
