If permitted, DCI will attempt to purchase land immediately adjoining the quarry to the east <br /> and construct an alternate road entrance to the facility to divert truck traffic from Gaston <br /> Road. <br /> Unrelated to the recycling facility, DCI is also going to propose quarrying restrictions to the <br /> residents of Cottage Grove.
